Job Description:

his position is responsible for the administration of employee relations programs in compliance with company policy and procedures.  Provides guidance to management and employees in the resolution of day-to-day personnel issues.  Works with managers on full-cycle recruitment , including determining hiring needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates and administering the offer process.  Works with internal resources and 3rd party carriers in the administration of STD and Worker's Compensation.  Coordinates Visa processing efforts for foreign national employees.  Conducts various interviews including pre-employment and exit interview meetings.  Facilitates and conducts training for various company and employee initiatives.  Organizes/participates in various human resources related projects and programs.  Serves on applicable company/community committees as assigned.  The position is also responsible for the administration of internal paperwork relative to organizational changes and personnel movement. 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist.

·        Minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience.

·        Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems. 

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

·        The ability to effectively communicate with multiple management levels in multiple locations is essential.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

·        Prior experience with PeopleSoft and Hire.com is preferred. 

·        Strong organizational skills.
